10 Years of Jo’s!
2026 is a very special year for the brand I created with love and dedication, as we celebrate a decade of creativity, passion, and evolution through jewelry.
When I started Jo’s, I had only one vision: to transform ideas and emotions into small, wearable works of art. From our very first design until today, every piece carries the love, devotion, and passion that have guided me on this journey.
For my anniversary piece, I wanted something that would reflect the soul of Jo’s as well as my personal passion. And since horseback riding has always been my greatest inspiration — and it all began with my first equestrian collection — there could be no better reference than horses, which mean so much to me.
As a small “thank you” to everyone who loves Jo’s, we are offering the anniversary piece as a gift with every order over €70. A gesture of gratitude and a way to continue this journey together.
Thank you for being part of my story!
Let’s keep creating unique moments and beautiful jewelry — with passion, imagination, and plenty of warmth.
Happy New Year! May it be filled with light, inspiration, and new dreams.
Ioanna Glynou
This year’s Make Place For One More Woman event was much more than an important moment within the world of sport for me. It was a meaningful gathering of people, values and stories that believe in the power of female presence, collaboration and creativity.
For the third consecutive year, the Hellenic Olympians Association (ESOA) honored women who have distinguished themselves across different areas of Greek sport, as well as one man who actively supports and promotes women’s participation in sport. The event took place in a warm and thoughtful atmosphere, bringing together representatives of the Olympic Movement and the wider sports community.
The Make Place For One More Woman program, inspired and created by Voula Kozomboli OLY, reflects a deep need: to make room for more women — not only as athletes, but also as coaches, executives, scientists, creators and leaders.
Among the remarkable personalities honored this year, I had the special privilege of receiving the Art & Sports Award
Art and Sport — my personal journey
Sport has always been a source of inspiration for me. Not only for the strength, discipline and perseverance it represents, but also for its aesthetics, symbolism and the stories it carries.
Through jewelry design, I seek to highlight a more artistic side of sport — translating movement, effort and values into contemporary, wearable creations.
Along this journey, I have had the pleasure of collaborating with sports institutions, federations and individuals within the athletic world who share common values and vision. During the event, something was announced that filled me with deep honor, emotion and creative excitement: the commission to create a collectible piece of jewelry celebrating the 40th anniversary of ESOA.
An unexpected and profoundly meaningful moment. This project represents both a great responsibility and a powerful source of inspiration. I am committed to giving my very best, in order to capture the history, values and long-standing journey of so many years, transforming them into a contemporary artistic piece with depth and symbolism.
This award serves as a personal affirmation that art and sport can coexist, communicate and inspire one another. Most of all, it encourages me to continue creating, collaborating and making space for one more woman.
Jo’s at OCEANMAN Vouliagmeni – Open Water Swimming Festival
We were delighted to take part in the 7th OCEANMAN Vouliagmeni, held from June 20–22, 2025, at the beautiful, well-organized beach of Vouliagmeni – a space that perfectly combines natural beauty with an ideal setting for open water swimming.
The event offered a variety of races, from the full OCEANMAN (10 km) and Half OCEANMAN (5 km) to shorter distances such as the Sprint (2 km), OceanKids (500 m), OceanFins (1.5 km), and the OceanTeams relay (3×500 m). This range of events highlights OCEANMAN’s commitment to developing the sport across all ages and skill levels.
At our pop-up store, we showcased our collections and offered gifts to the athletes – a small token of appreciation for their dedication and passion. It was especially moving to witness the excitement of both experienced swimmers and the youngest participants in the OceanKids race, emphasizing the importance of nurturing open water swimming at every age.
The event was honored by the presence of Mr. Grigoris Konstantellos, Mayor of Vari, Voula, Vouliagmeni, and Mr. Christos Geitonas, President of the Triathlon Federation, adding prestige and official support to the development of open water swimming. In addition, a large crowd, sports clubs, and enthusiasts from across Greece attended with great enthusiasm, creating a lively and encouraging atmosphere for athletes of all ages, including the children’s races.
A big thank you to the OCEANMAN organizers for their flawless management and warm hospitality – from the race organization to the exhibition and attention to every detail. We look forward to the next opportunity to swim, meet new friends, and share experiences!
Our Presence at the LONGINES EEF SERIES Equestrian Games at IPPOS CLUB Thessaloniki
We were delighted to take part in the LONGINES EEF SERIES Equestrian Games, held at the beautiful IPPOS CLUB in Thessaloniki — a high-standard venue with a unique atmosphere that blends elegance, nature, and a deep love for the sport.
The event was impeccably organized, with a warm and welcoming team, and athletes from many different countries. We had the opportunity to reconnect with friends and partners from Greece and abroad, as well as to meet new people who share the same passion for beauty, creativity, and horses. Among the attendees were Isidoros Kouvelos, President of the Hellenic Olympic Committee, Olympian Ioli Mytilinaiou, Kostas Karakasillis, President of the Hellenic Equestrian Federation, George Dimaras, President of the EEF, along with many sports officials and spectators who followed the competitions with great enthusiasm.
We presented our new designs and shared wonderful moments with old and new friends — exchanging smiles, stories, and inspiration; the very elements that make each participation truly special.
A heartfelt “thank you” to everyone who stopped by to say hello, and especially to IPPOS CLUB for the warm hospitality.
With great pleasure, we participated as supporters of the premier triathlon event, XTERRA Greece Off Road Triathlon, held on April 26 and 27, 2025, in the enchanting Vouliagmeni.
XTERRA is not just a race — it is a celebration of strength, perseverance, and overcoming limits, bringing together athletes from around the world this year. The energy and enthusiasm were palpable, with flawless organization and an atmosphere full of excitement.
We were especially delighted by the presence of many families, with both young and old actively taking part. The kids’ race was filled with smiles, enthusiasm, and unforgettable moments for the young athletes and their parents alike.
Jo’s stands beside the athletes, recognizing their efforts and honoring the values of sport: discipline, determination, and solidarity. As a small token of support and admiration, we offered gifts intended to accompany the participants throughout this experience and remind them that every step — every swim, every pedal, every kilometer — truly matters.
For us, sport is more than just physical activity; it is a means of personal growth, social connection, and endless inspiration.
We warmly thank the organizers for their excellent cooperation and everyone who contributed to the success of this unique event. We look forward to standing alongside new challenges in the future!
